• Payment information, processed securely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) — we do not store full card numbers.
• Quiz responses and preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Device and usage data and advertising identifiers.

2. How we use information

To provide and personalize the service, process subscriptions, prevent fraud, measure and improve our marketing, and communicate with you.

3. Sharing

We share data with providers who help us operate, including Paddle (payments), Adapty (subscription management), and analytics and advertising partners such as Meta, TikTok, Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and Mixpanel. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies (including advertising pixels) to measure conversions and improve the experience.

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve the site and our marketing. Clarity collects this usage data with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and masks numbers, email addresses and anything you type into a form before it leaves your browser. 5. Retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@loopmobile.io.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
